2. Explicit, vulgar or obscene language is not allowed on banners or in the descriptions that accompany the banners.

3. You are not allowed to use our services to promote anything that is illegal.

4. Occassionally, minor problems and downtime may arise during routine servicing, upgrades, and preventive measures that are necessary to provide you with improved service and reliability. We do NOT compensate for this type of service interuption. Compensation is given in the event that your service is interupted due to a situation that is not a result of improvement or maintenance activities, including:

• Server failure
• Script errors or failures
• Database failures

Compensation is usually in the form of extended service time but it can be also be a monetary refund.
