FFA LINKS PAGE & CLASSIFIED AD SITE CONDITIONS

One confirmation e-mail message is sent out for each ad placed on any of the sites (FFAs or Classifieds) that we host. That is stated on each site and agreed to by the person placing the ad.

• No Spamming Directly to your Free For All Links Page, or to your Classified Ad Site, or to the free web site that we give you to tell people about this service. When visitors to you site submit their ads to your Links Page or Classified Ad Site, upon verifying their submission, they will receive only one confirmation e-mail message for each successful post to your site. Most people consider more than one confirmation e-mail message spamming. Some people may respond to your confirmation messages. Adding the e-mail addresses (you receive from responses to the confirmation messages) to a mailing list is especially not allowed. If we receive complaints of this, then your account will be terminated.
  
• We have fixed the all the autoresponse e-mail confirmation messages to include the information posted to your site by the user. This is to ensure that people receiving your e-mail confirmation messages know why they are receiving them, therefore those messages will not be considered as Spam.
  
• We have also fixed the footer of each message to read:

FFA AUTOMATIC SUBMISSION CONDITIONS

Before puchasing our FFA Automatic Submission Service you must agree to the following conditions and terms of use:

• Submission of adult sites and reference to such sites are not allowed when using our FFA Submission Service.
  
• Use of explicit language is not allowed when using our FFA Submission Service
  
• Spamming of FFA sites is not allowed. This means you cannot use our FFA Submission service to repeatedly post your ad to the lists of sites that we maintain in an excessive manner. We define excessive as more than once a day.
  

• Occassionally, minor problems and downtime may arise during routine servicing, upgrades, and preventive measures that are necessary to provide you with improved service and reliability. We do NOT compensate for this type of service interuption. Compensation is given in the event that your service is interupted due to a situation that is not a result of improvement or maintenance activities, including:
  
  • Server failure
  • Script errors or failures
  • Database failures
    
• Compensation is usually in the form of extended service time but it can be also be a monetary refund.
  
• You agree to the E-Mail & Content Compliance Guidelines, Unacceptable Uses and our Anti-Spam Policy as described below.
  
• We reserve the right to change our conditions of service as well as our affiliate program compensation plan at any time.

MULTILINKS.NET DOES NOT CONDONE SPAM AND SPAMMERS!

MultiLinks.Net does not allow its members to send unsolicited e-mail that refers to their MultiLinks.Net free web site or URL or to the MultiLinks.Net domain or domains used by MultiLinks.Net. Spam keeps MultiLinks.Net from spending time and resources on servicing its legitimate members. 

We provide Links Pages and Classified Ad Sites that anyone can place ads on for free, and in so doing, agrees to receive one confirmation e-mail message with a note from the site's sponsor for each ad placed on the site. However, before the confirmation email is sent the submitter of the ad must first click on a special verification link sent to their email address to confirm that s/he did in fact submit the ad to our Network and that s/he agrees to receive the confirmation message.

If you believe that someone is trying to annoy you or sabotage your e-mail address then we can permanently block the use of your e-mail address in our network, meaning no one (including you) will be able to place ads on any of the sites we host using your e-mail address. If you want us to block the use of your e-mail address then please contact us at abuse@multilinks.net with your request and put "BLOCK EMAIL" as the subject of your message. E-MAIL & CONTENT COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES

These are the Compliance Guidelines which we require our members to follow when placing ads, adding content to their sites hosted by us and formatting their confirmation e-mail messages. These guidelines will ensure that you are in compliance with the new CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (opens in a new browser window). To "spam" is to send e-mail to people who have not specifically requested it. However, there's more to spam than that. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages can also be classified as spam, and are not permitted referencing the MultiLinks.Net domain. See our Anti-Spam Policy Notice below for more details.

Spamming and E-Mail Deception Is a Crime

These crimes can get you three to five years in the federal slammer plus confiscation of any real or personal property you've purchased with your spam earnings. Spamming is a serious offense that MultiLinks.Net does not permit.

MultiLinks.Net Zero Tolerance Policy on Spam:

If a MultiLinks.Net account is used to spam, and we are notified, that account will be closed, all commissions forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you spam, even if MultiLinks.Net services are not directly involved in it (i.e. the spam leads the person to MultiLinks.Net services), we will take the following actions:

• Terminate your account immediately without notice or refund.
• Forfeit any commissions due to you.
• Any service interruptions as a result of members spamming will be billed to you at $50.00 per hour until service is restored.
• Report you to your own internet service provider (ISP) and other authorities as a spammer, where they will presumably terminate your account as well.
• You will be in violation of the MultiLinks.Net Anti-Spam Policy and Service Agreement and subject to legal action.

Unacceptable Uses

The following is a non-exclusive list of content and behaviors that constitute unacceptable use of our services:

1. Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using or containing an email address, or URL that is maintained on MultiLinks.Net servers, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to MultiLinks.Net or HighTraffic.Net is STRICTLY prohibited.
   
   MultiLinks.Net will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. As described above, this unacceptable action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund plus the other Zero Spam Tolerance actions described above will be taken against you.
   
   Note: This refers to any emails that you send on your own and not to the emails we send from our MultiLinks.Net servers on your behalf. Those emails form our servers automatically contain references to MultiLinks.Net, a disclaimer at the top identifying the source of the message and an encrypted unsubscribe link at the bottom in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (opens in a new browser window). Therefore, you are not required to add a disclaimer or an unsubscribe link to your messages that are sent from our servers on your behalf.
   
   
2. The sending of unsolicited email (spamming) including without limitation the sending of advertisements or solicitations that do not include YOUR VALID physical postal mailing address. Therefore, you MUST include YOUR VALID physical POSTAL MAILING ADDRESS within the body of each email message we send for you through our servers. Your valid physical postal mailing address can be an accurately-registered post office box or private mailbox. Once you update your email message from your MultiLinks.Net Service Update Page, then the mailing address in your MultiLinks.Net Profile will be automatically included at the top of the footer of each email message we send out from our servers on your behalf. Members who utilize our services for spam are subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. See our Anti-Spam Policy Notice below for more details.
   
   
3. Content that commits acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement.
   
   
4. Content that is offensive to others, including content which aggravates, harasses, threatens, defames, or abuses others or that contains links to sites related to such content.
   
   
5. Content that contains or links to nudity, pornography, adult content, sex, extreme violence, or foul language or that links to sites related to such content.
   
   
6. Content that contains, links to, or participates in pyramid schemes, gambling, raffles, lotteries, and so forth or that links to sites related to such content.
   
   
7. Content knowingly links an ad to a fraudulently registered domain.
   
   
8. Content that posts or discloses personal identification information or private information of individuals under the age of 13, or in connection with materials directed toward individuals under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
   
   
9. Content that provides, sells, or offers to sell the following: controlled substances, illegal drugs and drug contraband, alcohol, weapons, pirated materials, pornography or sexual products, programs to attack others, illegal goods, escort services, instructions on making, assembling, or obtaining illegal goods or weapons, information used to break copyright or trademark violations, to destroy others' property, or to harm any people or animals or that links to sites related to such content.
   
   
10. Content that takes part in, or allows any third party to take part in, the following: reverse engineering, reverse compiling or otherwise deriving the underlying source code or structure or sequence of the Technology; individual passworking of Member sites or pages; altering copyright notices and attributes (unless permitted in writing by the author/owner); and such practices or that links to sites related to such content.
    
    
11. The use of fraudulent or deceptive subject lines and reply email addresses. You must use your valid working email address in the "From" field of your message. Falsifying e-mail addresses or using someone else's email address in the "From" field or in any part of your message to hide your identity is prohibited.
    
    
12. Attachments to your e-mail confirmation messages are not allowed.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY NOTICE FOR MULTILINKS.NET

This Anti-Spam Policy Notice governs the use of the web page at and its associated services, web pages, domains and sub-domains, which are owned and operated by Universal Communications ("Owner"). Wherever this Notice refers to "users" it means "you", while "we" or "our" refer to Universal Communications and "Web Site" refers to MULTILINKS.NET.

This sets forth our policy with regard to the use of "Spam" marketing techniques in connection with Internet Marketing. In the event that we deem you to be in violation of these policies, we shall immediately revoke your rights and close any active account.

We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass Emails, unsolicited Emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products and services or Emails that do not conform to our E-Mail & Content Compliance Guidelines as described above on this page.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs "for cause" if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming policies. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.

We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such message boards and chat rooms.

If you are "spammed" by anyone regarding our products, services, web site, or any other matters, please report this activity to us.

How to Notify Us of Spam Complaints

We work very closely with our clients to eliminate unwanted emailings. If you receive an unwanted email that did not follow these guidelines and that invited you to go to the MultiLinks.Net domain, please forward the ENTIRE unwanted e-mail including ALL the Email Headers to this address: abuse@multilinks.net
