CONDITIONS One confirmation e-mail message is sent out for each ad placed on any of the sites (FFAs or Classifieds) that we host. That is stated on each site and agreed to by the person placing the ad. 1. No Spamming Directly to your Free For All Links Page, or to your Classified Ad Site, or to the free web site that we give you to tell people about this service. Additionally, if you chose to collect the e-mail addresses from postings to your site you must agree to send out only one confirmation e-mail message per post to your site. Most people consider more than one confirmation e-mail message spamming. Adding the e-mail addresses you receive from your links page to a mailing list is especially not allowed. If we receive complaints of this, then your account will be terminated. 2. We have fixed the first part of all the autoresponse e-mail messages to include the information posted to your site by the user. This is to ensure that people receiving your e-mail confirmation messages know why they are receiving them, therefore those messages will not be considered as Spam. 3. We have

We do NOT compensate for this type of service interuption. Compensation is given in the event that your service is interupted due to a situation that is not a result of improvement or maintenance activities, including:
Compensation is usually in the form of extended service time but it can be also be a monetary refund. OUR PRIVACY POLICY We will not give out, sell or rent your name, personal information or e-mail address to anyone at anytime.
