You have the option to Either let us send out your autoresponse emails automatically OR to collect all the email addresses of everyone that adds a link to your FFA Links Page in a database and send your confirmation emails out yourself. To change your email collection options just select an option below then hit the submit button. Please note that the email database is updated once every night, therefore the emails collected today will only be available for delivery tomorrow and the number of emails in your database may read 0 until the following day.

When you are ready to have them delivered to your browser first select the format you want them in then hit the "Deliver Emails Now" button below.

Once you hit the "Deliver Emails Now" button the emails will be delivered to your browser only once and your database will be emptied therefore you will need to immediately save the database to your hard drive. Depending on the database size it may take quite a while for it to load into your browser so please be patient and wait until it has loaded completely otherwise you will permanently lose some email addresses. After it loads completely save it to your hard drive by selecting "Save As" from the file menu of your browser, then hit the "Save" button.

Please note that every Sunday night at 12PM GMT your email database will also be emptied so be sure to save any newly collected emails to your hard drive every week before that time.

Only if you choose the full database option below, for security reasons you will have to again enter your username and password before your database is delivered to your browser.

Just in case you didn't save the last email database delivered to your browser we made a backup copy that you can still download. To download, just click the "Download" link below with your right (secondary) mouse button, then depending on the browser your are using, click "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As...", then click the "Save" button and remember where you saved the file on your hard drive.

Before you download this backup database, check the date below that the database was processed and make sure that you did not already download and use it, otherwise you may end up sending more than one confirmation email which is against our policy.
